When we first came to work together, this stand-alone import dealership had been in the same reinsurance relationships for more than 25 years. After conducting an initial assessment of the current products as compared to the dealer’s goals we discovered that they were not performing as expected.

By aligning their business goals, creating unique product packages, and developing a customized strategy, we quickly helped them increase their profit margins.

With that success, we began working with them on overall strategy, and they have seen annual profit increases throughout their business ever since.
